Quarter life crisis sering dialami oleh individu pada usia 20 hingga 30 tahun khususnya mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang menghadapi transisi dari pendidikan ke dunia kerja. Perasaan kebingungan, cemas, dan kelelahan terkait masa depan menjadi ciri khas dari kondisi ini. Ketika menghadapi quarter life crisis, efikasi diri memainkan peran penting dalam menangani kondisi ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat adanya hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan quarter life crisis pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 202 mahasiswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui Skala Likert; skala efikasi diri yang digunakan adalah buatan Bandura (1997) dan skala quarter life crisis dari Robbins dan Wilner (2001). Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik Korelasi Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif signifikan antara efikasi diri dan quarter life crisis. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan efikasi diri dapat mengurangi dampak quarter life crisis pada siswa tingkat akhir. Mahasiswa perlu menyadari pentingnya membangun efikasi diri untuk mengurangi kecemasan dan kebingungan terkait masa depan.
