Abstract
This is a case of a 74-year-old female who was diagnosed with sinonasal undifferentiated carcinoma (SNUC). She had an oncologic resection by ENT, neurosurgery, and ophthalmology. This video highlights key steps of the operation as well as the benefit of multiple approaches to the tumor via trans-cranial, nasal, and orbital pathways. Multidisciplinary collaboration for these cases improves visualization and quality of resection, but also drastically improves postoperative outcomes.
