Abstract
Dieser Kommentar zur WMVO mit Rechtsstand 01.03.2023 ist eine Arbeitshilfe für die Assistenzpersonen des Werkstattrats, Geschäftsführungen von Werkstätten sowie Betriebsräte und Mitarbeitervertretungen. Er erläutert die WMVO mit allen Neuregelungen durch das BTHG und zeigt die rechtlichen Handlungsoptionen auf, die wegen der teilweise mit dem Betriebsverfassungsgesetz und den Personalvertretungsgesetzen identischen Formulierungen analog zur dortigen Rechtsprechung angewandt werden können. Enthält außerdem den Gesetzestext sowie Zusammenfassungen der Kommentierung der einzelnen Paragrafen in Einfacher Sprache. Letzteres ist eine Hilfe für die o. g. Zielgruppen, um Werkstatträten die WMVO erklären zu können
