Abstract
Im Landkreis Nordfriesland ist es in einem beachtlichen Zusammenspiel zwischen dem Leistungsträger »Landkreis Nordfriesland« und lokalen Anbietern von Eingliederungshilfe-Leistungen gelungen, nach einem intensiven Ringen ein Praxismodell zu entwickeln mit einer gemeinsam getragenen fachlichen Orientierung, verbindlichen Kooperationsstrukturen und durchdachten Finanzierungsformen. Das Buch vermittelt aus unterschiedlichen Perspektiven Eindrücke über verschiedene Facetten sowohl des Prozesses der Entwicklung der kommunalen Landschaft in Nordfriesland als auch die »harten Fakten«, also die Strukturen, Finanzierungsformen und Abläufe, die den Rahmen bilden für die Arbeit in der EGH im Landkreis Nordfriesland. Akteure aus dem Landkreis beschreiben jeweils aus ihrer Sicht die wesentlichen Essentials dieses Projekts und ziehen dazu ein Zwischenresümee (u. a. Vertreter(innen) des Landkreises, der Spitzenverbände, der lokalen Leistungserbringer sowie der forschenden Begleitinstanz). Inhaltlich gerahmt wird die Publikation durch einen Fachbeitrag von Wolfgang Hinte, der die leitenden Fachprinzipien darstellt
