Abstract
Damit Menschen mit Behinderung selbstbewusst und selbstbestimmt Bildungsangebote wahrnehmen können, müssen sie in allen Feldern des schulischen Lernens die Möglichkeit haben, auf bedarfsdeckende und individuell passende Assistenz zurückzugreifen. Das vorliegende Praxishandbuch greift gute lokale Beispiele auf und will mit der Bündelung von Materialien aus gelingender Praxis Impulse für die Arbeit an denjenigen Orten geben, an denen offensichtlich ein besonders ausgeprägter Weiterentwicklungsbedarf bzw. -wille besteht. Das schulische Bildungssystem in Deutschland stellt Kinder und Jugendliche sowie ihre Eltern vor die Situation, dass es sich im Verlauf der letzten Jahrzehnte erheblich ausdifferenziert hat und somit vielfach Wahlentscheidungen möglich bzw. nötig werden. Die vorgestellten Konzeptionen, Leistungstypbeschreibungen, Vertragsmuster mit Eltern, Schulen und Personal sowie Hilfeplanungen spiegeln das ganze Spektrum der Organisationsmöglichkeiten wider
