Abstract
Inovasi muncul dalam diskusi pembangunan sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan mengubah kebiasaan masyarakat, salah satunya inovasi berorientasi keberlanjutan atau Sustainability Oriented Innovation (SOI). Konsep SOI melihat inovasi dan mempertimbangkan keberlanjutan dari perspektif sosial, lingkungan, dan ekonomi merupakan proses yang melibatkan pemangku kepentingan yang saling berinteraksi. Fenomena Kampung Kreatif Dago Pojok menggambarkan konteks lain dari Sustainability-Oriented Innovation (SOI), yang mengacu pada inovasi untuk mencapai keberlanjutan ekonomi melalui upaya yang meminimalisir degradasi lingkungan dan kesenjangan sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi peran aktor dalam perkembangan SOI di kampung kreatif di Kota Bandung, dengan studi kasus Kampung Kreatif Dago Pojok. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dengan logika deduktif. Data primer melalui wawancara serta observasi dan data sekunder dianalisis dengan metode analisis isi (content analysis) dan analisis jejaring aktor dengan pendekatan actor-network theory (ANT). Temuan menunjukkan bahwa antar aktor memiliki keterlibatan yang digambarkan melalui perspektif aktor-jaringan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan adanya peran aktor dalam perkembangan SOI di Kampung Kreatif Dago Pojok, yang terlihat pada empat tahapan yakni Problematisation, Interessement, Enrollment, dan Mobilisation.
