Notre article traite du développement d’un dispositif participatif visant à implanter une démarche de consultation et de délibération sur l’intégration pédagogique du numérique en enseignement privé au secondaire. Nous abordons la disparité d’intégration du numérique, aggravée par un manque de consultation des personnes enseignantes (UNESCO, 2023) et le besoin d’adopter une vision commune du numérique (CSÉ, 2020). Nous présentons les démocraties technique, participative et délibérative (Gaudillière et Bonneuil, 2001; Langelier, 2013; Ruano-Barbolan, 2018) pour guider le développement de notre prototype par la mise en oeuvre d’une recherche-développement (Bergeron et al., 2021). L’objectif était de créer une démarche visant à élaborer une politique d’intégration pédagogique du numérique. Le prototype, bien que validé par un comité d’expert·es, présente des lacunes quant à l’encadrement de la participation et de la non-participation. Une mise à l’essai (Harvey et Loiselle, 2009) permettrait de cibler les conditions favorables à l’implantation du produit développé.
