Einführung: Bisherige Untersuchungen konnten keinen klinischen Nutzen der operativen Behandlung im Vergleich zur konservativen Therapie bei Patienten mit thorakolumbalen (TL) A3/4-Frakturen mit intakter Neurologie nachweisen.
