Abstract
Este trabajo presenta una panorámica de la liberalización de las industrias de red con un énfasis en los temas que dominan el debate sobre la reforma de la regulación en el momento actual. En particular, el trabajo aborda los orígenes y el alcance de la reforma regulatoria, la restructuración vertical y horizontal de la industria, la regulación del acceso a la red y los precios y varios aspectos de la economía política de la liberalización.
