Abstract
Les organisations d’Etat à travers le monde assistent à un regain des problématiques éthiques suite à l’implémentation des outils de la NGP. Cet article propose d’explorer auprès d’un échantillon de gestionnaires publics tunisiens, les dilemmes éthiques inhérents à l’instrumentation managériale et les facteurs qui favorisent leur apparition. Cinq facteurs et quatre dilemmes éthiques sont isolés par l’étude. Leur analyse aide à mieux comprendre ces dilemmes et à améliorer la connaissance existante sur les processus d’atténuation des comportements déviants en milieux organisationnels publics.
