Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Capitata Aurea) и элегантная (Taxus baccata L., f. Elegantissima). Introduction. The relevance of the work is associated with the urgent need to expand the range of trees and shrubs capable of performing sanitary, decorative, aesthetic, recreational and balneological functions as part of urban landscaping systems. These include species and decorative forms from the genus Yew (Taxus L.), which have proven themselves well in artificial plantings of various functional purposes and structures. The purpose of the research is to evaluate the effectiveness of different substrates for seasonal vegetation structures in rooting cuttings of yew during its introduction to the Nizhny Novgorod region. The object of the researchwas reproductively mature plants of Canadian yew (Taxus canadensis Marshall), berry yew (Taxus baccata L.) introduced into the Nizhny Novgorod Volga region and decorative forms: golden-tipped (Taxus baccata L., f. Capitata Aurea) and elegant (Taxus baccata L., f. Elegantissima). All registered plants are located in one section of the arboretum collection of the Botanical Garden of the Nizhny Novgorod State University named after N.I. Lobachevsky, whose coordinates are 56°15'19.9"N 44°00'24.2"E and the altitude above sea level is 173 m. The methodological platform for the construction of working methods was the principles of the only logical difference, typicality, suitability, expediency and reliability of experience. The studies were carried out by field stationary and laboratory methods. The subject of the study was the regenerative ability of stem cuttings of decorative and typical yew forms, manifested against the background of the use of substrates with different water-physical properties. Results. The specifics of the regenerative ability of cuttings of typical and decorative yew forms under the conditions of introduction were established. The growth of callus observed in perlite along with their treatment with heteroauxin proceeded more dynamically in Canadian yew (91.86±2.10%). Significantly lower rates of the process under consideration were recorded in the golden-tipped form of berry yew (37.00 ± 4.14%). Two-factor analysis of dispersion revealed the effectiveness of using sand and perlite as substrates for rooting different types and decorative forms of yew. Conclusions. Types and decorative forms of yew have a specific reaction to the use of different water-physical properties of substrates in the rooting of stem cuttings.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
