Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran hukum dalam pengembangan pariwisata di Kota Surakarta dengan fokus pada kajian kebijakan pemerintah. Surakarta, sebagai salah satu kota penting di Jawa Tengah, telah mengalami perkembangan pesat dalam sektor pariwisata yang memerlukan perhatian khusus dari segi regulasi hukum. Dengan metode studi pustaka, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai kebijakan pemerintah yang relevan, serta peraturan dan undang-undang yang mempengaruhi sektor pariwisata di kota ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hukum berperan penting dalam menciptakan kerangka regulasi yang mendukung pengembangan pariwisata yang berkelanjutan. Kebijakan pemerintah yang jelas dan terencana dengan baik dapat meningkatkan daya tarik kota sebagai destinasi wisata, serta melindungi lingkungan dan budaya lokal dari dampak negatif pariwisata. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi dalam implementasi kebijakan tersebut, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan dalam upaya meningkatkan efektivitas hukum dalam sektor pariwisata. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai interaksi antara hukum dan pengembangan pariwisata, serta membantu pembuat kebijakan dalam merumuskan strategi yang lebih efektif untuk mendukung pertumbuhan industri pariwisata di Surakarta.
