Abstract
Sous la République islamique, la survivance du théâtre iranien a toujours été due aux tactiques développées par les artistes dans les brèches et les interstices de la stratégie de surveillance et de censure mise en place par le régime. L’oeuvre insolite du metteur en scène Hamid Pourazari, déployée dans des lieux non conventionnels, en dit long sur cette vie interstitielle et sur les compromis avec le pouvoir que celle-ci a toujours impliqués. Or, avec la révolution Femme, Vie, Liberté, toute entente avec le pouvoir devient impossible. Pourazari annonce alors la « fin du spectacle », soit la fin de la vie dans les interstices; le théâtre se produit désormais dans les rues.
