Abstract
This article examines the Espace Riopelle at the Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec as case of a ‘cultural market organization’. Anchored within a public museum but significantly funded by patrons, this conceptual and architectural project raises questions about its strategic objectives and its alignment with broader museological and societal goals. By analyzing the nature of the architectural project and the strategic relationships it highlights, the study explores how such initiatives navigate the intersection of public funding, private patronage and cultural stewardship. It questions the project's impact on museology, art and the public interest, as the case studied is set in the context of a state museum partly funded by citizens. Themes explored in this article include the role of patronage in cultural institutions, particularly public institutions, the implications of managerial approaches on museum operations, and the strategic vision behind architectural projects in enhancing cultural and societal value.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
