vod: Ndory ledvin pedstavuj irok spektrum histopatologickch jednotek. Jejich aktuln klasifikace WHO se datuje do roku 2004, tedy je ji 10 let star. Nicmn v jnu 2013 byla vydna aktualizace vytvoen ISUP (International Society of Urological Pathology). V lnku pinme pehled podstatnch zmn pohledem klinika.Pehled podstatnch zmn: Bylo pidno pt novch epitelilnch tumor: tubulocystick renln karcinom RK, RK spojen se zskanou cystzou ledvin, svtlobunn (tubulo-) papilrn RK, MiT translokan RK (zejmna t(6;11) RK) a syndrom hereditrn leiomyomatzy a renlnho karcinomu. Ti dal renln karcinomy jsou pidny jako provizorn jednotky: thyroidlike follicular renal cell carcinoma (RCC); succinate dehydrogenase B deficiency-associated RCC; ALK translocation RCC.V rmci existujcch jednotek byly provedeny dl zmny: Multicystick svtlobunn RK (SRK) (dve multilokulrn cystick renln karcinom) byl logicky zaazen pod SRK jako jeho podjednotka s nzkm malignm potencilem. Hybridn onkocytick chromofobn tumor existujc ve tech klinicko-patologickch situacch (Birt-Hogg-Dub syndrom, renln onkocytza a sporadick) je azen jako podjednotka chromofobnho RK. Byly doplnny nov poznatky o RK ze sbrnch kanlk, medulrnm RK, mucinzn tubulrn a vetenobunn RK. K angiomyolipomu pidna cystick varianta AML a upraven byl pohled na epitelioidni variantu AML. Cystick nefrom a smen epiteliln a stromln tumor zaazeny do jedn spolen skupiny.
