Abstract
Autoi prezentuj vsledky pilotn studie vnovan klinickmu vznamu detekce cytokeratin v sru a moi jako jednoho z neinvazivnch nstroj k detekci recidiv nebo primrnho ndoru moovho mche. Vsledky zahrnuj 53 pacient (19 s primrnm ndorem moovho mche i recidvou, 18 pacient s klinicky a mikrobiologicky ovenou infekc moovch cest, 16 zdravch proband). Pacienti s iritac urotelu ndorov i infekn povahy maj vy hladiny cytokeratin v moi ne zdrav probandi. Senzitivita TPA a UBC v moi dosahuje 73,7 % pi specificit 87,5 %. V budoucnu bude nutn vypracovat doporuen protokoly odbru vzork moi a zjistit vznam cytokeratin pro grading tumoru a pro dlouhodob sledovn ndorovho onemocnn.
