Abstract
Au printemps 2019, des inondations historiques ont affecté plus de 300 municipalités québécoises, forçant l’évacuation de milliers de résidents avec l’aide de centaines d’intervenants sociaux et municipaux. Cet article présente les résultats d’une étude qualitative s’intéressant aux points de vue d’intervenants sociaux et de gestionnaires oeuvrant au sein des CISSS, des CIUSSS ou des municipalités quant aux facteurs ayant facilité l’intervention sociale auprès de sinistrés lors de ces inondations. Lors de 20 rencontres de groupe focalisé, ces professionnels ont identifié quatre grands types de facteurs, à savoir ceux reliés à la société, aux organisations, aux intervenants et aux citoyens sinistrés.
