Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

per year (compared to approximately 9,000 per year in the United States).Three main barriers have been identified: facility standards, practitioner qualifications, and the low reimbursement rates. The facility standards exclude clinics, the practitioner qualifications place a heavy burden on psychiatric specialists, and the low reimbursement rates create significant financial strain on the implementing medical institutions. As a result, many institutions have hesitated to introduce rTMS, hindering its spread among patients, while unethical private practice continues. However, the relaxation of practitioner qualification requirements with the revised Appropriate Use Guidelines in September 2023 and the expected increase in reimbursement rates in the FY2024 fee revision are positive developments. It is hoped that these changes will lead to wider adoption of rTMS therapy and provide more depression patients with access to this treatment.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
