Abstract
power of multivariate analyses indicating that combined beta parameters from the cortico-subthalamic network and striatal dopaminergic fiber loss are strong predictors of motor performance and neurodegeneration.In addition, we will present data on long-lasting modulation of STN-DBS on beta oscillations.These findings underscore the significance of beta oscillations as markers of PD progression, linking them to both motor deficits and neurodegeneration.These predictive models hold translational relevance, offering potential for tracking disease progression and evaluating neuroprotective interventions using LFP recordings in PD.
