Abstract
Publiée en 1943 chez Delamain et Boutelleau, l’ Anthologie de la poésie allemande des origines à nos jours de René Lasne et Georg Rabuse a déjà suscité plusieurs travaux, qui ont mis en évidence les déterminations politiques d’une entreprise à la logique collaborationniste, le choix des textes éliminant en particulier tous les poètes juifs et mettant de l’avant les pires rimailleurs nazis. Dans ce contexte idéologique très chargé, la teneur de la section consacrée aux poètes de l’époque baroque pose question, ce sujet étant alors en Allemagne et plus largement dans l’espace germanophone tout aussi marqué sur le plan politique. Le présent article examine les enjeux d’appropriation de travaux antérieurs portant sur l’objet baroque, dont Lasne et Rabuse réénoncent le sens pour les faire cadrer avec leur défense et leur illustration partisanes de la poésie allemande.
