Abstract
Mục tiêu: Mô tả tình trạng dinh dưỡng và một số yếu tố liên quan trên trẻ em 24-59 tháng tuổi ở huyện Phú Lương tỉnh Thái Nguyên năm 2022. Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang trên 1966 trẻ 24-59 tháng tuổi tại 8 xã thuộc huyện Phú Lương tỉnh Thái Nguyên, đánh giá tình trạng dinh dưỡng bằng phương pháp nhân trắc, sử dụng bộ câu hỏi được thiết kế sẵn để đánh giá các yếu tố liên quan. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ suy dinh dưỡng (SDD) nhẹ cân là 9,8%, tỷ lệ SDD thấp còi là 10,4%, tỷ lệ SDD gầy còm là 2,6% và tỷ lệ TC-BP là 1,7%. Kinh tế hộ gia đình là yếu tố ảnh hưởng lớn nhất tới tỷ lệ SDD nhẹ cân và thấp còi. Kết luận: Tỷ lệ SDD nhẹ cân và gầy còm của trẻ 24-59 tháng tuổi tại địa bàn nghiên cứu vẫn còn ở mức có ý nghĩa sức khoẻ cộng đồng. Kinh tế hộ gia đình là yếu tố ảnh hưởng lớn nhất tới tình trạng dinh dưỡng của trẻ em tại địa bàn nghiên cứu.
