Obyek Wisata Bukit Indah Simarjarunjung (BIS) merupakan salah satu tujuan wisata yang berkembang di Kabupaten Simalungun. Adanya kegiatan wisata ini memberikan dampak ekonomi bagi masyarakat seperti peningkatan pendapatan, peningkatan kesempatan kerja, dan peluang usaha. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dampak ekonomi yang ditimbulkan oleh kegiatan wisata terhadap ekonomi lokal di Nagori Pariksabungan Kecamatan Dolok Pardamean Kabupaten Simalungun. Dampak ekonomi dianalisis menggunakan keynesian income multiplier dengan melihat dampak langsung, dampak tidak langsung, dan dampak lanjutan. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa keberadaan obyek wisata BIS memberikan memberikan dampak ekonomi secara langsung terhadap perekonomian masyarakat lokal dalam kategori kecil. Namun dampak ekonomi secara tidak langsung dan multiflier effect masuk dalam kategori besar
