Abstract
The chalcogenide compound Pb2P2Se6 is a promising material for cost-effective, room-temperature X/<inline-formula xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink"> <tex-math notation="LaTeX">$\gamma $ </tex-math></inline-formula>-ray detection, featuring an indirect band gap of 1.88 eV and a resistivity of <inline-formula xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink"> <tex-math notation="LaTeX">$10^{11}~\Omega \cdot $ </tex-math></inline-formula>cm. Single crystals up to ~12 mm in length were successfully grown using the physical vapor transport (PVT) method, and powder X-ray diffraction (p-XRD) confirmed its high phase purity compared to the theoretical pattern. Ag/Pb2P2Se6/Ag detectors exhibited excellent performance, showing high photosensitivity across a voltage range of 10–1000 V with signal-to-noise ratios (SNRs) up to 31 and 12 times higher than the dark current. These devices also demonstrated strong voltage tolerance and significantly enhanced X-ray sensitivity at higher electric fields.
Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
