Abstract
Abstract. This study aims to examine the condition of facilities, infrastructure, services, and comfort of transportation between tourist attractions in the Jatigede Reservoir Tourism Area. The focus of the study is on facilities, infrastructure, comfort, and services. This study was conducted using qualitative and quantitative research methods, with the approach method of distributing questionnaires, surveys, and document studies. The population and sample were 100 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using scoring analysis, short- distance. The results of the study indicate that the current means of transportation, such as tourist buses with a capacity of 22 people. In addition, facilities such as pick-up points and transportation routes in the Jatigede Reservoir area still need improvement to support tourist comfort. This study recommends the development of a tourist transportation system, such as adding a fleet of tourist buses, as well as improving supporting tourism infrastructure such as travel information and price information. Empowering local communities as managers, and improving the quality of services while supporting the local economy. With the development of this transportation system, the Jatigede Reservoir area can develop equality between tourist attractions. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kondisi sarana, prasarana, pelayanan, dan kenyamanan transportasi antar objek wisata di Kawasan Wisata Waduk Jatigede. Fokus penelitian adalah pada sarana, prasarana, kenyamanan, dan pelayanan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif, dengan metode pendekatan penyebaran kuesioner, survei, dan studi dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis skoring, lintas pendek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sarana transportasi yang ada saat ini, seperti bus pariwisata dengan kapasitas 22 orang. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan sistem transportasi wisata, seperti penambahan armada bus wisata, serta peningkatan prasarana pendukung wisata seperti informasi perjalanan dan informasi harga. Pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal sebagai pengelola, dan peningkatkan kualitas layanan sekaligus mendukung perekonomian setempat. Dengan pengembangan sistem transportasi ini, kawasan Waduk Jatigede dapat berkembangnya kemerataan antar objek wisata.
