La pratique des personnes mandatées par l’université pour aller en milieu scolaire afin d’observer et d’évaluer l’activité des stagiaires en formation initiale à l’enseignement demeure peu documentée du point de vue des gestes professionnels (Jorro, 2016). Cet article porte sur l’analyse d’une rencontre de rétroaction, qui constitue un moment clé de cette pratique, subséquente à l’observation de la prestation d’une personne stagiaire par une personne formatrice. L’originalité de notre analyse est qu’elle a été réalisée à partir de plusieurs cadres, dans un effort pour conjuguer des perspectives différentes sur un même objet. Il s’agit donc d’une analyse plurielle (Altet, 2002).
