Penerapan teknologi sistem informasi tidak hanya digunakan pada suatu instansi atau perusahaan, tetapi juga digunakan pada salah satu sektor publik. Yang mana salah satu sektor publik yang menerepakan teknologi sistem informasi adalah lembaga pendidikan yang dapat kita temukan pada salah satu sebuah universitas, ialah sistem informasi pada perpustakaan. Perpustakaan merupakan sarana yang digunakan untuk membantu memberikan sebuah informasi baik secara digital maupun fisik. Dimana sistem informasi yang diberikan dapat membantu untuk mengontrol manajemen, mendata buku dan pengguna. Maka dari itu perlu dilakukan audit sistem informasi untuk mengevaluasi kinerja sesuai dengan framework yang digunakan. Dimana analisis audit sistem informasi pada penelitian ini menggunakan framework COBIT 5 yang berfokus pada domain Decision, Support and service (DSS) yaitu DSS1 (Manage Operations), DSS5 (Manage Security), DSS10 (Manage Problems) dan DSS11 (Manage Data). Peniliaian level kematangan pada DSS1, DSS5, DSS10, dan DSS 11 dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi terhadap penerapan manajemen operasional, manajemen keamanan, manajemen masalah, dan manajemen data yang ada di perpustakaan. Dari hasil level yang diperoleh, Hasil tingkat kematangan (Maturity level) pada sistem informasi perpustakaan ARS University khususnya pada domain DSS tersebut berada pada level 4.
