Audit sistem informasi memiliki peran penting dalam memastikan bahwa pengelolaan ini bertujuan ingin memastikan sistem informasi oprasional berjalan lancar dan menganalilis sistem yang sering mengalami gangguan di Klinik Pratama Arafah,Sawit Sebrang ,dengan menggunakan framework COBIT 5.Metode penelitian ini mencakup analilis terhadap proses teknologi informasi yang relevan dengan domain Align,Plan,and Organize(APO) serta Deliver, Server,and Support(DSS) dari COBIT 5.Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara,obsevasi,kuesioner ,dan studi literatur.Hasil audit menjukkan bahwa tingkat kemampuan proses sistem informasi klinik berada pada level 3(Defined Process),yang mencerminkan bahwa proses telah terstruktur dengan baik,tetapi belum sepenuhnya terintegrasi dan dioptimalkan.Beberapa area berbaikan yang diidentifikasi meliputi manajemen resiko IT dan penggelolaan layanan pengguna.Rekomendasi diberikan untuk meningkatkan tata kelola TI menuju level kapabilitas yang lebih tinggi,seseusi dengan standar COBIT 5.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan panduan strategis bagi klinik Pratama Arafah dalam mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan sistem informasi guna mendukung layanan kesehatan yang lebih efektif dan efesien.
