Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

One of the major challenges with implementing pharmacopeia procedures is they are accepted for publication based on validation data for a particular formulation or synthetic route of a drug product or drug substance. Because of this, problems are often incurred when trying to implement them. A further challenge with the traditional verification process is that there is limited guidance for acceptance criteria for important data quality attributes such as accuracy and precision. This chapter proposes an approach to overcome common problems by integrating the traditional verification process with the lifecycle approach. Use of the following key lifecycle principles include : assessment of selected analytical procedure performance characteristics (APPCs); Knowledge gathering; the Analytical Target Profile (ATP); the Analytical Control Strategy (ACS), performance qualification and monitoring the method in in routine use. This integrated approach leads to successful implementation and leads to fewer failures occurring when a procedure is used routinely.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
