Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

.The article examines the legislative regulation of the commercialization of the results of scientific and scientific-technical activities. Possible legislative and practical methods of commercialization are shown. The indicators of scientific and innovative development of the Republic of Belarus for 2018–2023 are presented. The main economic and production reasons that prevented the creation of innovative products, works, and services were selected. Recommendations are given for the creation of engineering centers among interested partners. This type of association will contribute to the development of the innovative potential of the enterprise and will reduce existing economic risks: lack of own funds, high cost of innovation, low demand and a long payback period for the results of scientific and scientific-technical activities.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
