Abstract
Ces dernières années, plusieurs crises internationales ont montré les conséquences de la grande interdépendance mondiale de plusieurs secteurs tels que la finance, la sécurité, le commerce, etc. La particularité de ces crises est qu'elles ont tendance à se renforcer mutuellement et à affecter plus d'un secteur. La guerre en Ukraine et la pandémie de COVID-19 sont des exemples flagrants de ce type de crise. Michael Lawrence, Scott Janzwood et Thomas Homer-Dixon utilisent justement le concept de « polycrise globale » pour désigner des crises provenant de plusieurs systèmes qui s'entremêlent de façon à réduire considérablement les perspectives de l'humanité (Lawrence, Janzwood et Homer- Dixon, 2022, 2).
