Abstract
Este artigo aborda deslocamentos forçados de famílias provocados pelo Estado durante a Copa do Mundo FIFA 2014 em Recife, Mostra a intervenção estatal moldando subjetividades políticas diferentemente de acordo com alianças cambiantes entre agentes. Observação participante, relatos de experiência, entrevistas e exame de documentos evidenciam uma sequência temporal (planejamento, implementação, abandono) de implementação do grande plano de investimento. O estudo mostra impactos diferenciais no envolvimento político e na criação de subjetividades variáveis relacionadas ao seu tratamento no deslocamento e os efeitos na sua vida pós-deslocamento. A interação com ONGs, organizações religiosas, agências governamentais e grupos sociais aliados provoca diferentes compensações, omissões e promessas, incluindo expulsão, reassentamento e compensação monetária em duas etapas diferentes, usando táticas de desmoralização, de metamorfose institucional e de abandono planejado. Hierarquias intensificam, moradia é precarizada, continuação de resistência política e social enfraquece, e todos estes aspectos mostram a criação de cidadanias diferenciadas.
