Abstract

Le présent article examine les mécanismes d’intermédiations dans la démarche d’économie circulaire (EC) dans la municipalité régionale de comté (MRC) de Kamouraska (Québec). L’analyse de données issues de 40 entretiens semi-dirigés interroge le processus de construction et de coordination du réseau socioéconomique local de développement de l’EC. Elle permet de souligner l’importance de la complémentarité des acteurs, les interactions réciproques et collectives, les ressources tangibles et intangibles du territoire, les valeurs et normes dans les intermédiations entre les parties prenantes aux expérimentations locales d’EC. L’analyse renvoie à une réaffirmation de la dimension territoriale et collective de l’EC qui peut être saisie au travers de systèmes de valeurs et de normes, la mobilisation et la coordination de différentes catégories d’acteurs territoriaux (consommateurs, organisations communautaires, associations, etc.).
