Car nos institutions n'échappent pas à certains discours tentés de faire fi de la supra-légalité de la liberté d’expression en criant à son instrumentalisation. Écarter la liberté d’expression lorsque le propos contredit nos croyances et nos idées est une posture difficile à concilier avec un cadre constitutionnel garantissant la supra-légalité des droits fondamentaux. C’est dans cette perspective que s’envisagent les limites à la liberté d’expression dans l’Université.
