The effect of a culture based breast health education program on breast self-examination practice among high-risk adult pakistani women
Bibliographic record
Abstract
This study aimed to determine the effect of a culture-based breast health education program on breast self-examination practice (BSEP) in high-risk women through a randomized controlled trail (RCT). The participants of 72 high -risk women, aged 20-50 years from POF hospital, Taxila was taken on matched pairs with age and educational level and randomly assigned into an experimental and a control group. The program was developed on social cognitive theory (SCT) (Bandura, 1977, 1989), and the cultural identity concept of PEN-3 model (Airhihenbuwa,1989). The intervention group received the culture-based breast health education program, while control group received usual care. BSEP was measured at baseline and 12 weeks through a translated valid and reliable Toronto BSE frequency and proficiency of practice scale. Data was analyzed by one-way ANCOVA & paired t-test. The participants in the intervention group who received the culture-based breast health education program for 12 weeks could increase their BSEP much better than that of the control group F(1,69) =58.908, p

Full frame machine prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.

machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
