Abstract
L’Arctique canadien connaît de nouvelles tensions accélérées par le dérèglement climatique. L’ingérence chinoise est également une nouvelle réalité qui doit être prise en compte. Cela justifie un renforcement de la collaboration franco-canadienne dans la recherche stratégique avec une intensification des échanges de part et d’autre de l’Atlantique et un intérêt accru vers l’Arctique.
