Abstract
Climate change has a major impact whenever the regional context is fragile and the population in difficulty. In addition, it increases the risk of potential conflict. It would be an interesting opportunity to develop Franco-Canadian cooperation in this matter, given the similar approaches and the existing shared dialogue on what is at stake.
