El Epílogo métrico de Francisco de Arrieta es un homenaje a la vida y virtudes de Sebastián de Aparicio, destacando sus milagros y su carácter ejemplar. A través de sus versos octosílabos, Arrieta narra la vida del beato, enfatizando su relación con lo divino y su labor como labrador. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo interpretar el Epílogo métrico, aclarando el significado de los arcaísmos y expresiones en desuso, referencias a otros textos y las alusiones a milagros y acciones de Sebastián de Aparicio. De igual manera, se realizará un acercamiento a la configuración de la forma, exponiendo las principales características estructurales del poema.
