Seminar “Day of Mindfulness” merupakan sebuah inisiatif yang ditujukan kepada umat Buddha Vihara Dharma Virya di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Timur. Kegiatan ini dirancang untuk memperkenalkan dan mempraktikkan konsep kesadaran (Mindfulness) dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Tujuan dari seminar ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang prinsip-prinsip meditasi dan kesadaran serta bagaimana menerapkannya dalam aktivitas sehari-hari. Peserta seminar diajak untuk melatih kemampuan mereka dalam fokus sepenuhnya pada pengalaman saat ini, tanpa terpengaruh oleh distraksi atau pikiran yang mengembara. Dengan demikian, diharapkan bahwa seminar ini dapat memberikan manfaat yang nyata dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan kesejahteraan mental bagi peserta, serta memperkaya praktik spiritual mereka dalam ajaran Buddha.
