Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

To the Editor: We appreciate the insightful comments of Wang and Liu1 on our study, which investigated seasonal influence on the relapse of antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA)-associated vasculitis (AAV) using data from a multicenter cohort of patients with AAV (J-CANVAS).2 Here, we would like to respond to the 3 concerns raised. The first concern was regarding inconsistent results of previous studies on the association between seasonal variation and AAV occurrence. We concur with the opinion that AAV occurrence is not solely attributed to seasonal changes and, thus, when comparing the results of seasonality between studies, we need to pay attention to geographic locations of the enrolled patients. This is because climate varies by region, even within countries. In addition, the … Address correspondence to Dr. Y. Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
