Abstract
This research explores the role of Christian education in the church in helping young people deal with the Quarter Life Crisis-a phenomenon characterised by confusion, anxiety, and uncertainty regarding identity and life purpose in their 20s to early 30s. Using a qualitative approach, this article discusses how teaching spiritual values, church community, and social services can support young people's emotional and moral well-being. Through analyses of biblical texts and empirical studies, this research shows that Christian education in the church provides a foundation for young people to find meaning in life and overcome the challenges of the Quarter Life Crisis. Abstrak Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran pendidikan Kristen di gereja dalam membantu anak muda menghadapi Quarter Life Crisis—fenomena yang ditandai kebingungan, kecemasan, dan ketidakpastian terkait identitas serta tujuan hidup di usia 20-an hingga awal 30-an. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, artikel ini membahas bagaimana pengajaran nilai spiritual, komunitas gereja, dan pelayanan sosial dapat mendukung emosi dan moral anak muda. Melalui analisis teks Alkitab dan studi empiris, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan Kristen di gereja memberikan landasan bagi anak muda untuk menemukan makna hidup dan mengatasi tantangan Quarter Life Crisis.
