Le développement bilingue harmonieux (DBE) caractérise les familles où le bien-être n’est pas altéré par la situation linguistique. Le lien entre la compétence linguistique des enfants, le bien-être et le rôle des efforts parentaux et scolaires dans le Comportement Social et Affectif (CSA) a été sondé, cependant, l’étude du DBE doit être approfondie en raison des expériences bilingues uniques. Notre étude explore les attitudes linguistiques des enfants et leurs CSA avec des données parentales et enfantines. Trente-sept enfants bilingues russe-français de 5 ans ont indiqué leurs attitudes linguistiques et les parents ont jugé le CSA des enfants. Les analyses comportent des corrélations et une régression logistique ordinale qui montrent que le bien-être et les sentiments positifs à l’égard des langues sont liés. Les enfants favorisant de manière égale les deux langues se sentent plus compétents dans les deux, montrent davantage de compétences prosociales positives et des scores de difficultés comportementales réduits.
