Objetivo:La práctica basada en evidencia es crucial para mejorar la calidad del cuidado, la seguridad clínica y reducir los costos de atención sanitaria. Sin embargo, las(os) enfermeras(os) no están adecuadamente capacitadas(os) para aplicar esta práctica en sus decisiones clínicas, lo que hace necesaria su integración en los planes de estudio. El presente artículo describe la implementación de cinco guías elaboradas por la Registered Nurses’ Association of Ontario (RNAO) de Canadá a través del Aprendizaje Basado en Problemas en la Escuela de Enfermería de la Universidad de Talca, Chile, en el año 2024.
