Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

This commentary aimed to investigate opportunities for implementing adult vaccination programs, with the goal of enhancing coverage, accessibility, and fortification of both populations and health systems, whether in response to future outbreaks or as part of routine initiatives. The Nigerian health system operates on three distinct tiers: primary, secondary, and tertiary levels, all overseen by the Ministry of Health and other governmental health agencies, collectively playing pivotal roles in healthcare delivery. outreach programs are pivotal by extending immunization services to underserved regions, ensuring equitable vaccine access beyond traditional healthcare facilities. Pharmacy clinics have proven effective vaccination entry points in many countries, benefiting from frequent interactions with the adult population targeted for vaccination. By diversifying entry points for COVID-19 vaccination, Nigeria can enhance immunization coverage, especially among adults, and integrate these efforts effectively into the existing health system.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
