Abstract
Hope adalah suatu pengendali yang tugasnya ialah untuk mendorong individu dalam bergerak dalam mengapai apa yang dibutuhkan dan perlukan bahkan yang individu utamakan. Quarter life crisis adalah perasaan khawatir yang hadir atas ketidakpastian kehidupan mendatang seputar relasi, karier, dan kehidupan sosial yang terjadi sekitar usia 20-an Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh hope terhadap quarter life crisis pada mahasiswa akhir di kota Makassar. Sampel pada yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah dewasa awal berusia 21-26 tahun yang berjumlah sebanyak 400 partisipan. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini ialah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan skala hope dan skala quarter life crisis. Teknik pengambilan data pada penelitian ini ialah non probability sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah menggunkan Uji asumsi dengan bantuan aplikasi IBM Statistic 20. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh hope terhadap quarter life crisis pada mahasiswa akhir di kota makassar.
