Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji isu-isu strategis dalam pembangunan Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah pada periode 2025-2029, dengan fokus pada sektor-sektor unggulan seperti pertanian, perikanan, kelautan, dan pariwisata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sektor-sektor ini menghadapi sejumlah tantangan, seperti rendahnya produktivitas, terbatasnya kualitas sumber daya manusia, serta pengelolaan infrastruktur yang belum optimal. Meskipun Sulawesi Tengah memiliki potensi alam yang melimpah, terutama dalam sektor pertanian dan kelautan, pengelolaannya yang belum maksimal mengakibatkan ketimpangan ekonomi dan sosial yang signifikan. Oleh karena itu, strategi pembangunan yang diusulkan harus difokuskan pada pengelolaan sumber daya yang berkelanjutan, peningkatan kualitas SDM, serta pembangunan infrastruktur yang merata yang dapat menghubungkan daerah-daerah terpencil dengan pusat-pusat ekonomi. Selain itu, pengembangan sektor pariwisata juga perlu diprioritaskan untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah ekonomi daerah. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar kebijakan pembangunan lebih memperhatikan integrasi sektor-sektor unggulan dalam satu kerangka pembangunan yang holistik dan berkelanjutan, yang diharapkan dapat menciptakan keseimbangan antara pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan sosial masyarakat di Sulawesi Tengah.
