Quarter life crisis merupakan. fase transisi yang dialami oleh individu pada masa dewasa awal yaitu rentan usia 18 hingga 29 tahun, krisis ini ditandai dengan eksplorasi identitas, instabilitas, fokus pada diri sendiri, perasaan in-between, dan berbagai kemungkinan dalam hidup. Tujuan dalam penelitian adalah untuk memahami dinamika quarter life crisis yang dialami individu usia dewasa awal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi, dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Pengambilan data pada penelitian menggunakan Teknik observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Analisis penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dengan uji keabsahan melalui teknik triangulasi. Informan dalam penelitian berjumlah tiga orang dengan karakteristik, dewasa awal usia 20-21 tahun, berjenis kelamin laki-laki atau Perempuan, mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa informan mengalami dinamika quarter life crisis yang beragam dengan respon yang berbeda. Partisipan mengatasi krisis tersebut dengan berbagai strategi koping, seperti eksplorasi diri melalui aktivitas sosial dan akademik, mencari dukungan sosial dari keluarga dan teman, serta pengelolaan emosi dengan cara menenangkan diri dan fokus pada hal-hal positif.
