Abstract
Bệnh viêm loét đại trực tràng chảy máu (VLDTTCM) là bệnh mạn tính, có thể ảnh hưởng đến chất lượng sống của bệnh nhân (BN). Mục tiêu nghiên cứu là “Đánh giá chất lượng sống của bệnh nhân viêm loét đại trực tràng chảy máu theo thang điểm SF-12 và một số yếu tố liên quan”. Đối tượng và phương pháp: nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 60 BN được theo dõi điều trị tại Trung tâm Tiêu hoá – Gan mật, Bệnh viện Bạch Mai trong thời gian từ 01/2024 đến 04/2024. Kết quả: theo thang điểm SF-12, điểm trung bình sức khoẻ thể chất (PCS) của BN là 35,5 ± 8,4, điểm trung bình sức khoẻ tâm thần (MCS) của BN là 43,6 ± 11,9 và điểm chất lượng cuộc sống chung là 48,9 ± 22,2. Không có sự khác biệt giữa điểm PCS và MCS với tuổi, giới, nơi sống, nghề nghiệp, BMI, thời gian bị bệnh và mức độ lan rộng tổn thương theo phân loại Montreal. Có sự giảm điểm PCS với mức độ nặng của hoạt động bệnh có ý nghĩa thống kê với p < 0,05. Kết luận: VLDTTCM có ảnh hưởng đến chất lượng cuộc sống của BN bao gồm cả sức khoẻ thể chất và sức khoẻ tinh thần.
