Abstract
Volver a construir una pequeña vivienda de poco más de 3 metros de ancho y 16 de fondo en el extremo de una manzana dividida por la demolición que permitió abrir una calle. La casa anterior fue bar y vivienda con medianera ciega, bien orientada, situada en el centro histórico. Se resuelve con claridad la escena urbana, aportando una visión renovada del modo de construir, sin olvidar la propia identidad, mediante referencias a la memoria y cultura del lugar. Se utiliza madera, recordando la construcción marinera con tabla pintada de blanco, color insistente en galerías y entrepaños de las casas de la villa. La estructura es muy ligera y esbelta, metálica. Los forjados, losas vistas nervadas de hormigón aportan solidez a lo doméstico.
