La presencia del salto de cota entre la calle y la finca supone sustituir el muro de contención por la propia casa. Esto se convierte en un argumento muy influyente en su materialización. Así la planta baja mantiene la idea de muro pintado, y la superior, separada por una ventana rasgada, se relaciona y vuelca más hacia la finca. Son dos volúmenes independientes superpuestos, con sistemas constructivos de fachada y acabados muy diferentes. Abajo, el muro blanco se define con las puertas de entrada y garaje, almacenes e instalaciones. Arriba, se ubica el programa principal de la vivienda, un volumen de piedra y hormigón abujardado. Entre los dos, la escalera juega con la materialidad de ambos y la entrada de luz natural.
