Abstract
Évaluer des compétences en adaptation scolaire représente une activité professionnelle complexe. Plus précisément, les enseignants qui travaillent auprès d’élèves ayant un trouble du spectre de l’autisme éprouvent des difficultés à y parvenir tout en respectant les besoins spécifiques de ces derniers. Notre recherche décrit le processus d’appropriation de pratiques évaluatives de trois personnes enseignantes du secondaire à travers des études de cas qui permettent de présenter des exemples concrets d’actions posées pendant le processus. Les résultats montrent que le changement de pratiques et de vision de l’évaluation est un processus dynamique qui se forge avec le temps.
